If you are in the UK, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim via the Royal Mail website. If you are dissatisfied due to the size or other physical qualities of the piece - there will be no refund for this reason, so please make sure to look at all photos and specifications in description prior to purchasing your item.

Customers should notify the courier to divert their parcel to a pickup point so you can collect your parcel locally when convenient. If you miss the delivery attempts or provided the incorrect address and the parcel cannot be redelivered to you, unfortunately a refund is not honoured in this scenario.
