Terms & Conditions

As every ceramic piece is 100% handmade from clay, there are likely to be perfect imperfections on pieces -  which do not effect the function of the piece unless stated otherwise which would also be reflected in discounted price, and there will be evidence of any irregularities in pictures on the item listing. Please handle items with care as they are fragile.

Customer satisfaction is a TOP priority and so it is encouraged to reach out with any questions/requests initially to have clarity and understanding before placing custom orders so you are 100% happy with your purchase.

Shipping Policy

UK:  Ready to ship orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days with tracked postage, custom orders additionally require 3-4 weeks for the piece(s) to be made before shipping. For every order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please use this email to track your order and make delivery adjustments if necessary - check your junk folder in the case you have not received comms regarding your order after ordering.

International: Ready to ship orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days with tracked postage, custom orders additionally require 3-4 weeks for the piece(s) to be made before shipping. International orders may experience delays which would be notified to you in the tracking information.

    Additional Info:

    • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
    • Orders with multiple items may require additional processing time.
    • Ready made items will ship during the dates listed on the product page at time of purchase.
    • We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to missed delivery/redirection attempts or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

    FAQ

    Are the pieces microwave safe?

    Due to use of gold/silver/iridescence, no pieces should be microwaved. 

    Do you do commissions?

    Yes! I love to take on creative projects relating to my work, please reach out via email to discuss further and provide at least 4-6 weeks lead-time

    How long do custom orders take?

    Customs take up to 4 weeks for creation before dispatch which take up to a week extra to receive for international orders. If you are aware you may not be available for delivery a at the time period your custom order is due to be ready, please notify via email at ceranic.enquiries@gmail.com asap so it can be dispatched at a suitable date. Please check your tracking number provided or contact us regarding a delivery issue within 14 days of ordering.

    Returns?

    If by unfortunate chance there was an accident with your order by means of shipping damage - if you are an international customer please email images with the outlined issue ASAP to resolve. If you are in the UK, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim via the Royal Mail website. If you are dissatisfied due to the size or other physical qualities of the piece - there will be no refund for this reason, so please make sure to look at all photos and specifications in description prior to purchasing your item. 

    DISCOUNT/DEFECT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND SOLD AS LISTED. 

    I missed my delivery - what next?

    Customers should notify the courier to divert their parcel to a pickup point so you can collect your parcel locally when convenient. If you miss the delivery attempts or provided the incorrect address and the parcel cannot be redelivered to you, unfortunately a refund is not honoured in this scenario. 

    What sustainable practices do you use?

    Ceranic aims to be eco friendly and operate sustainably - practices used to help achieve this is using recycled clay from scraps accumulated over time and defect pieces being sold heavily discounted or given away instead of being disposed of. For some orders, you may find third party packaging boxes used which is another method of being sustainable and using materials instead of disposing of them immediately.
